Bus Charter Pricing
All bus charter prices are based on number of hours, total mileage, and availability. Please keep in mind that our bus charter prices do not include gratuity, tolls, and any parking fees that you may incur during your trip.
We recommend reserving your bus charter as early as possible to insure availability. A 30% deposit is required to reserve your charter bus rental.
Bus Charter Hourly Minimum Requirements
Monday Through Thursday
5 hour minimum on each of the following:
24 Passenger Charter Bus
28 Passenger Charter Bus
49 Passenger Charter Bus
56 Passenger Charter Bus
61 Passenger Charter Bus
Friday Through Sunday
6 to 8 hr minimum on each of the following:
24 Passenger Charter Bus
28 Passenger Charter Bus
49 Passenger Charter Bus
56 Passenger Charter Bus
61 Passenger Charter Bus

Prices may vary depending on the time of the year, availability and your traveling logistics.
