The wedding coordinator assumes the role of a planner, money manager, organizer, facilitator, and mediator for all people concerned. The wedding coordinator’s role is to be ‘on top’ of every detail, no matter how tiny, of a wedding. A wedding coordinator can do just about everything - from remembering to bring white bobby pins for your veil, to arranging a budget and timetable. Duties can include offering etiquette advice, setting up appointments, mailing invitations and recording responses, setting up the decorations, negotiating contracts, and attending to many other details. Most wedding coordinators have their own limits as to what they will do, so check with your wedding coordinator about their own limits, so that you get a coordinator that will do everything you want and need them to, and still can be within their own limits, so everyone is happy!

Weddings are extremely emotional events. The wedding coordinator is able to "handle" any situation that will arise. They are there to make sure things go smoothly, and give you the peace of mind to sit back and enjoy your day, knowing that everything is taken care of.
