Choosing a caterer is an important part of wedding planning. A good caterer is important because they often have plenty of contacts and can provide a variety of services. In addition to creating an inspired menu, a great caterer can often help you book a great band, find a great photographer, and assist with floral arrangements.

Here are some tips for finding a reliable caterer in your area. Ask friends, neighbors, and local businesses that have hosted catered events for their recommendations. You might also want to request a tasting, and references from recent weddings.
