Mammoth Lakes by Limousine
Mammoth Mountain is paradise for a snowflake. For people, it can get pretty darn chilly, so you'll be wise to hire a US Coachways limousine to take you here and there in absolute warmth and comfort. No navigating the sometimes-icy roads; your dedicated, professionally-uniformed chauffeur will take care of everything. All you have to do is tell him where you want to go and he'll get you there safe and sound.
If you visit Mammoth Lakes before March 18th you're in for a special treat. The annual Mammoth Art Walk has twenty-plus local artisans displaying and vending their wares right on the sidewalks of Mammoth Village. If you visit this summer, groove to the smooth sounds of the Mammoth Lakes Jazz Jubilee which happens every July. No matter what time of year you visit Mammoth, getting around in a nice warm limo is always a fine idea!
A day of art-walking or snow boarding can sure give you an appetite-- Have your devoted driver take you and your companions (as many as you like) to the Chart House for some scrumptious Sierra cuisine. Chef's specialties include such delectable dishes as Dynamite Mahi-Mahi and Snapper Hemingway. While you wait for your dinners, tuck into the Crab, Avocado and Mango appetizers for a total taste treat.
Once your dinner's devoured, it's back into your fabulous limousine for the ride to Dublin's Fever at 100 Canyon Boulevard for some cool mountain brews and hot darts. A local watering hole for years, Dublin's is always a rollicking good time for all. If you're in a surreal sort of mood, ask your driver to take you and yours to a tiny tropical island in the snowy mountains: Lakanuki Bar at 6201 Minaret Road. A wild, tiki-themed nightclub with an eclectic crowd, Lakanuki promises interesting memories that'll last long after the snows have melted.
Canyon Coffee at the Lodge is a fine place to let the night wind down. With live music and steaming late-night mugs of coffee to relax and reminisce over, Canyon Coffee has a cozy fireplace to snuggle by and a friendly wait staff. Linger as long as you like- your driver will be ready to deliver you back to the beginning whenever you give the word. What a lovely conclusion to a wonderful, elegant evening.
