Before leaving home for San Diego, be sure to check that you have all of your legal documents intact; for instance your passport, identity documents, tickets, credit cards, etc. Write down important information about your credit cards and traveler's checks somewhere and keep it in a safe place. It'll come in handy if the documents get lost or stolen. Remember to keep your plane tickets inside the safe that should be available in the hotel.
