Back in those days when I had my prom, there was always this issue with who’s driving for those who were dateless. And then for those with dates, the guys would all hassle each other up or had to beg to use their father’s or brother’s or uncle’s car to get them and their dates to the prom. And at this stage, we don’t want to screw things up when driving and there’s the image issue with driving as well. Thank goodness I am so over that part of my life.
