The night before your wedding day

So the wedding is already the next day and your heart’s been pumping the whole day. This is the day that you’ve been waiting for…to be married to the person of your dreams! But hang on a minute….can all that excitement be good for you on your wedding day? Here’s what you have to do on the day before your wedding.

First of all, watch your diet and no, I am not saying you should starve or stuff yourself! Starving yourself before your wedding day could result in fatigue and stuffing yourself with food will make you feel….fat? So, eat well, and consume a healthy and well-balanced diet before your wedding day. You’ll need all the energy you can get to withstand an onslaught of fun things to do during your wedding day.

Unwind and permit yourself to relax the night before the wedding day. Put on some relaxing and romantic music that suits the wedding theme; pamper yourself with SPA treatment, put on a mask. One more thing….switch the cell phone off! Tell the jittery bridesmaids that you need to relax and flush your mind from worrying thoughts. Don’t make persistent calls to the nervous (and possibly highly intoxicated) groom as well. If you’re thinking of priming and painting your toe and finger nails the night before your wedding, don’t. You want the nails to shine like you’ve just applied it, right? So, leave it for last minute because nail polish shows wear and tear awfully fast. Put your wedding gown and wedding dresses in a proper place….somewhere where the dresses won’t get all messed up and wrinkled.

Then grab a glass of wine and have yourself a nice relaxing drink and dream of your honeymoon. Drinking too much the night before the wedding is a big no-no since it interrupts with sleep and mental state of mind. And besides, drinking to a point that you feel like dancing on tabletops wrecks havoc to your system and your complexion and face will reflect that. Just have yourself a nice sip to and relax.

So, go on already! Tomorrow, your wedding day, is the first day of the rest of your life!
