Smithsonian Resident Association Summer Camp

With summer approaching, more and more parents are quickly hunting down summer camps for their kids. If you are one of those parents, here is an idea – how about enrolling the young ones for summer camp at the Smithsonian Resident Association. The camps are geared towards helping kids in grads K-8 explore the Smithsonian museums, the National Mall and many other different landmark tourist spots and historical sites

After the 4th of July celebration comes to an end, there is bound to be renewed interest about the country and the culture behind it. On top of that, to make it more interesting for the kids, the summer camps have themes every year. For instance, some summers the kids would be learning about technology and then others learn about exploration of space or music and dance during other summer camps.

Half and full day camps are available for the kids and parents are encouraged to enroll their kids early to avoid disappointment due to the limited space available. Letting the kids mingle and get to know other kids is always a good thing. ‘At the end of the camp, my kids would tell me things that I never even knew about, so they would be teaching me about it and feeling good,’ says Trina, our regular Washington DC party bus rental customer. Give us a call right now at 1-877-873-1838 for a party bus, coach bus, charter bus, passenger bus, shuttle bus, crew bus or mini bus. We are sure we have one just for your special event.

Heard that the museum visits make the kids fall asleep. maybe not the younger ones but the older ones most definitely would rather be with their friends or play with their nintendos at the very least. lol. hope you others find it fun

Summer camps are great for kids when they want to make new friends and just hang around other kids their age instead of sitting at home in front of the tele or computer or their other mobile devices. Summer camps are not just fun but healthy for the kids physically, mentally and spiritually as well. They get off learning more about the world and the people in it after that.
