The Perfect Prom Body
Wouldn't want to end up being wallpaper during prom night with nobody asking you for a dance, would you? One of the ways to grab the limelight is with a hot new bod for prom! Make people sit up straighter and admire your well-toned muscles and slim ankles! It's never too late to start exercising for the perfect body because exercising and going on a diet before the prom is a good idea. Apart from looking good, the new fitness routine will also make you feel more confident, beautiful and absolutely irresistible before AND after the prom. Contrary to popular beliefs, it doesn't have to cost a lot of money trying to get a fitness routine that will give you celebrity body...all it takes is a lot of desire and determination. Who knows, with that new body you get for the prom, you might become belle of the ball!
Forget about all those chemicals and detox tablets they sell in the pharmacy. The best and fastest way to get fit for the prom is the good old-fashioned way of exercising and monitoring one’s diet. Now, remember one thing, though...it's not a good idea to engage in a fitness routine that makes you look like a scrawny pair of chopsticks. The idea is to aim for parts of your body that you wish to improve. The prom should not be an excuse for you to drop your weight before the prom and the Kate Moss look is definitely OUT. Haven’t you heard? Everyone’s into the Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez look these days. For the prom, you should aim for the toned, slim, fit, beautiful, confident and perfectly sexy look! It's not really very hard to achieve, believe you me. Losing too much weight for the prom is not a good idea because looking at the prom dresses we have this year and next year, the colors and designs don't look good on skinny people.
The most important thing to consider is, of course, your personality. It doesn't matter how expensive your prom dress is or how gorgeous your prom date is....you have to look absolutely YOU. I would like to suggest a more holistic approach for your fitness program before the prom. I would try yoga which is BOTH invigorating and good for the mind and body. Before that, you should also try something like a natural detoxification program by eat a lot of fruits to clear your body of toxins, join a gym or download a free fitness program from the Internet.

Ideally, you should start the regime or exercise program three or four months before the prom if you want to look really good! :-) But hey, even if you don't look like Shakira, nothing stopping you from having fun, rite?
