Things to avoid the night before your wedding

Many people can give you lots of advice about what to do the night before you wedding but don’t forget that there are many things that you SHOULDN’T do the night before your wedding. And I have a couple of my own here and I’ll share them with you.

Technically speaking, we should be spending the night before our wedding away from our future spouse. This is going to be your last night as a single and it’s time to go ALL OUT and get wild. But when it comes to going wild, it is way too easy to get into an argument with your partner. Hey, he wants a stripper, you can’t bear the thought of another girl dancing up to your future partner and you feel like giving him an earful, don’t you? Well, bite your tongue because you don’t need an argument on the night before the wedding. Listen, it’s best to just let things be if you want your wedding to go as planned and you don’t want to go through the whole ceremony hanging off his arm with swollen eyes.

There was one time my friend who loved fried chicken ate a whole bucket full of fried chicken the night before her wedding and spent her wedding day scurrying between the wedding dinner hall and the bathroom because of an upset tummy. So, to me, the day before the wedding, you should avoid all oily food. Go for something healthier like fruits and salads….hey, I know, but it’s going to be over soon, so, just bear with it. Drinking before the wedding day is inevitable but I wouldn’t go overboard with that drinking thing if I were you. Unless you don’t mind looking like a puffed-up version of you with bloodshot eyes and a brain-crippling hangover!

Generally speaking, you should spend a couple of days before your wedding just pampering yourself and enjoying your life as a single as much as possible. Just don’t do anything that could potentially ruin your magical wedding day, you hear?!
