Our uniformed drivers are professionally trained and are all enrolled members of the 19A. Our Drivers are equipped with two-way radio and cell phones. A 24hr. dispatching system is also placed for the convenience of our customers. Our 24hr. dispatch system is a beneficial tool when operating limousine rentals.

U.S. Coachways Refund Policy

Please contact customer service regarding customer refunds. Please call 800-359-5991 and press option 1. Your request for a refund must be submitted in writing. Please use your charter # as your reference #. All refunds will be reviewed by management. This review process takes approximately 10 business days. Request for refunds must be given no later then 30 days after your trip. U.S. Coachways appreciates your business and will work diligently to resolve any concerns you may have.
